How much does shipping cost?

Prices are depending on the product, location and shipping method. You can check the cost on the payment and shipping methods page.

We have a free shipping alternative to most of the countries.

Shipping for each country is different, but we make sure that the package get through the cheapest way.

What is the current status of my order?

Your can check your order status on our shipping page. 

Simply put your tracking number in the search box on the top of the page.

Is there any attached costs with the order?

Cutoms and tax may appear, depends on wich country. All customers need to check their custom and tax rules for their country. 

How do I return my order?

If you are unhappy with your product and it is still in new condition we can offer a partial refund. We will refund the price you paid minus the shipping charges incurred by us. You will also have to pay the shipping fee to send it back to us. Damaged or worn products will not be accepted and all original packaging must be included in a new condition. The international shipping fee can be high so we don't offer a full refund on the purchase price. For small items, the shipping cost to send back to us can be larger than the cost of the item and it may not be worth the cost to return.

How do I cancel my order?

All order(s) can be canceled within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will get full refund. After 24 hours it is possible that the order has been shipped. Once a order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
