Payment methods
Purchase made through the Cooletta's online store are secured with Paypal.
All personal data and credit card information are handled by Paypal. All personal contact information will not be shared, sold or collected.
Refunds and exchanges
Cooletta will not accept any returned items without a written email and agreement. You can return the item within 3 days of receiving the product.
We will exchange the item and send it to you for free or refund your money minus shipping costs and any taxes, or other costs.
The Returned item and the package needs to be in unused condition to get a refund or exhange the item. you can also be asked to return the product. If the item is sold out, you will get full refund for the item that is out of stock.
tax
When ordering goods from Cooletta for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, Cooletta is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and
Cooletta cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
Lost and damaged items
Cooletta will not be responsible for any damages done by any of the shipping services we use. It is your responsibility as a customer to contact the shipping company. We do not have any responsibility for lost packages, but we can give you the shipping number, If you don't already have it.
Delivery time
Orders should arrive within 7-20 , (15-35 to Russia and Brazil) workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. Cooletta is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.
We don't ship to China, South Sudan and Syria.
Product warranty
The product warranty is 3 days
All warrantees begin from the date the product is received. If a product develops a fault during the warranty and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return.
Our Right to Reject or Cancel Your Order
Fulfillment of all orders on the Website is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order if the item is not available / out of stock, the biiling information is uncorrect, or wrong shipping address.
Prices/Currency
The product prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered to.
